D1CE Officially Announces Disbandment

On January 20, the group’s agency D1CE Entertainment shared the following disbandment announcement on their fan café and Instagram:First, we’d like to sincerely thank the fans who have generously supported D1CE.

We want to announce that the exclusive contracts between D1CE Entertainment and D1CE’s Woo Jin Young, Park Woo Dam, Kim Hyun Soo, Jung Yoo Jun, and Jo Yong Geun have expired on January 20, 2023. Over a long period of time, we shared in-depth discussions with the members and to respect the opinions of Woo Jin Young, Park Woo Dam, Kim Hyun Soo, Jung Yoo Jun, and Jo Yong Geun who wish to achieve new dreams, we mutually agreed to end our exclusive contracts.

We want to sincerely thank D1CE who has been with D1CE Entertainment from August 1, 2019 until now, and we will always sincerely support the activities of Woo Jin Young, Park Woo Dam, Kim Hyun Soo, Jung Yoo Jun, and Jo Yong Geun. Once again, we’d like to sincerely thank the many fans who supported D1CE all this time by their side, and we ask for lots of encouragement and support for the five members who are making new starts. Thank you.All five D1CE members are former audition program contestants. Jung Yoo Jun competed on Mnet’s “Boys24” in 2016, while Park Woo Dam, Woo Jin Young, and Jo Yong Geun participated on Mnet’s “Produce 101 Season 2” the following year.
