D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, who stars in the critically acclaimed FX series " Reservation Dogs ," shared a powerful message on the 2024 Emmys red carpet Sunday.

The 22-year-old painted a red handprint over his mouth to stand in solidarity with murdered and missing Indigenous women. D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai arrives at the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. . "It stands for the silence of the media and law enforcement in the midst of this crisis. It stands for the oppression and subjugation of Native women who are now rising up to say #NoMoreStolenSisters."
