D.C. police make arrests in two recent homicides of a 17-year-old boy and a 51-year-old man.

Malloy was shot shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 25 in an alley between the 700 blocks of Morton and Lamont streets NW, along the border with Park View and Columbia Heights. But police said they have surveillance video of a vehicle that resembles Parker’s near the scene of the killing. On Friday, Sadelaraye Malloy said she is pleased police made an arrest but was shocked at the suspect’s identity.
