D'Anton Lynn becomes UCLA's first million-dollar man at defensive coordinator

New UCLA defensive coordinator D’Anton Lynn has been routinely praised by Bruin defenders this spring as he’s attempted to integrate new concepts.

Lynn’s contract is similar to that of other UCLA assistants in that it includes bonuses of $15,000 if the Bruins play in the Pac-12 championship game, $20,000 for a New Year’s Six bowl game, $10,000 for an appearance in theCornerbacks coach Kodi Whitfield, UCLA’s other new assistant, signed a two-year contract that will pay him $310,000 per year. Ken Niumatalolo, the former Navy coach who joined the Bruins’ staff in March as director of leadership, will make $175,000 per year.
