Los Angeles veteran guard D'Angelo Russell missed 13 of his final 16 shot attempts on Saturday night in Denver, as the Lakers stumbled through a 114-103 Game 1 loss to the Nuggets, but he vowed afterward that he'd 'be ready for the next one.'
