Cynthia Erivo opted for a dramatic Zac Posen dress for the CFDA Fashion Awards 2024 red carpet in New York on Oct. 28. She's hosting the event.
The dramatic gown featured a slim-fitting, mermaid silhouette with a pleated skirt at the base and fitted bodice. The dress included long sleeves with cinched cuffs and a full appearance, juxtaposed with a sharp collar and plunging V-neckline.
Along with the gown, Erivo’s look also featured a hooded element, casting even more theatricality on the Tony Award-winning actress’ ensemble and aura. Erivo accessorized her look with a serpenti-inspired necklace, cuff earrings and septum ring. Her long nails were also decorated for the occasion. The dress featured asymmetric straps, with one as a cap sleeve on Hathaway’s shoulder and the other off the shoulder.
