Find all of Phantom Liberty's new Tarot Cards.
One of the oddest things players can find in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is a set of new Tarot Cards. These new cards represent figures from the Minor Arcana and may give V some insight into the events and characters of Phantom Liberty. However, to find these cryptic clues and complete the Tomorrow Never Knows side quest, players must search in a few different spots across the Dogtown district.
Minor Arcana Tarot Card #2: King Of Pentacles Close The second Minor Arcana Tarot Card is found on the wall just outside V’s Kress Street hideout. You’ll gain access to the area after rescuing President Myers and searching for a safehouse. Minor Arcana Tarot Card #4: King Of Swords Close The last Minor Arcana Tarot Card can be found in the back of an alleyway in the Longshore Stacks, at the location marked above. You’ll end up close to this Tarot Card after exiting the FIA safehouse for the first time.
