Cuyahoga County is going to reappraise all residential and commercial properties as part of a six-year cycle that's required by state law.

The Cuyahoga County Administrative Building.CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cuyahoga County will soon be reappraising all commercial and residential properties in the county, as part of a required, periodic review process.counties to reassess the values of all properties, which could affect how much residents and business owners will pay in property tax.

The county is required to notify property owners if their property value has changed at least 30 days before tax bills are issued, according to state law.
