Homeowners who still think their value is listed too high can file a formal complaint starting Jan. 1.There were 20,367 homeowners who filed informal complaints with the county this year following the latest appraisal that sent home values soaring an average 32%. Of those, 14,001, or 69%, will see their values changed.
