Jeffrey Hatcher’s adaptation of the classic horror novella “The Turn of the Screw” runs Sept. 28-Oct. 21 at Town Hall Theatre in Lafayette

“Free Shakespeare in the Park will be a wonderful addition to our, ‘At The Bruns’ arts series this summer,” said Cal Shakes’ Executive Director Clive Worsley. “This is a great opportunity for audiences to continue to enjoy Shakespeare onstage at the Bruns, in anticipation of our own Shakespeare production in 2024 for our 50th anniversary. We are deeply appreciative of the several donors who have chosen to support this collaboration.
Back for its 11th installment, the serial production follows the exploits of two partners who use audience suggestions to help create their evolving characters and lead them to their next investigation. The group has investigated murder, blackmail, jewel heists and kidnapping. Who knows where the two private eyes will go next!?With its 2023-24 Mainstage season, which take place at the California Theatre on 351 Railroad Ave., Pittsburg Theatre Company offers something for everyone.
