However, some on the board were skeptical, saying they have not approved the construction projects or the budget yet. Brian Drapp, a member of the Cumberland Valley School Board stated, “If we do go forth with all of this, are we being responsible and is spending $125 million the only way that we can address the capacity issues and requirements for the district? I think it could be less.”
