will be holding a job fair from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at the Conference Center at Shippensburg University, 500 Newburg Road in Shippensburg Township.

A second job fair will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, November 11, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at The Orchards Restaurant, 1580 Orchard Drive in Chambersburg, Franklin County.The casino is under construction at 250 South Conestoga Drive in Shippensburg Township. The mini-casino is expected to open in early 2023, according to Parx Casino’s website.

The 73,000-square-foot casino will include approximately 500 slot machines and 48 electronic table positions. The casino will also include a 100-seat restaurant and sports bar.
