A Wormleysburg man was sentenced this week to a minimum 15-month term in state prison for what he said was an alcohol-fueled assault on his then-romantic partner last November that left her with a broken leg and other injuries. Julian Lohss apologized to his victim, Donna Shafer, in Cumberland County court Tuesday, and said he is “horrified” at his actions.
