Federal investigators on Monday arrested a Cumberland County attorney and real estate developer, accusing him of assaulting officers during the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.traveled to Washington, D.C., joined the riot in front of the Capitol Building and threw objects at a group of law enforcement officers before he assaulted them with a flagpole, according to prosecutors.
