Columbus Crew forward Cucho Hernández led his team to a dramatic Leagues Cup final victory over LAFC after scoring a brace, including the decisive goal in the 92nd minute.
Cucho Hernandez grabs his brace and gives the Columbus Crew the lead in extra time of the Leagues Cup final. The Crew beat LAFC for the second straight final after lifting the MLS Cup last December.
"I am happy for the fans and my family. This is my job and I am glad my teammates can enjoy it," Hernández told Apple TV after the game.The match, played in front of a packed crowd at the Lower.com Field in Columbus, Ohio, was a thrilling affair from start to finish.
