Inside of the home, there’s a billiards lounge, wine cellar, and a lower-level rec room where people can walk right out to the garden from. This property also contains its own private fitness studio. The brokerage says the home “transforms into a private resort” outdoors with its oversized cement pool and cedar bar. There are also outdoor rock speakers, and lighting that shines onto the estate’s lush greenery. Parking is of no concern at this home, as the attached garage can fit eight vehicles alone. The brokerage pointed to how the homes located in Doulton Estates and the Credit Valley corridor are among some of the most “exclusive” properties in Canada This area tends to draw in established professionals looking for some privacy in the Greater Toronto Area and is known for its verdant foliage and river views. Sam McDadi, the sales representative of this property, said this particular estate exemplifies luxury living in Mississauga thanks to its “privacy, craftsmanship, and direct access to nature all in one extraordinary package.” “It’s rare to find a property where you can tee off minutes from your backyard and still be within 30 minutes of downtown Toronto,” McDadi said.
