'Was everyone just booing this morning!?'
The audience were heard booing This Morning and Piers Morgan as ITV's live National Television Awards kicked off on Tuesday evening .
However moments later, This Morning received a small boo as Joel claimed 'we all love' the ITV programme, with Piers Morgan attracting an even louder boo when getting a shout out from Joel.This Morning bosses were said to be concerned about whether the presenting team, including the likes of Holly Willoughby, Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, would be booed when they were shown on camera to audiences.
And the arena also filled with even more boos when Piers Morgan was pointed out by Joel in the audience, with him laughing and shaking his head at the fan's reaction.
