Father Frank Brennan said he will support the Voice to Parliament despite his concerns with Labor's proposed wording because it is the 'only thing on offer'.

The respected human rights lawyer and member of the Voice Co-Design Advisory Group has repeatedly brought both sides together in a bid to find a compromise on the wording of the proposed change to the constitution which all Australians could agree on.

Fr Brennan says those, like him, who proposed changes to the wording of the constitutional amendment, should now get on board and support the Yes campaign. Speaking exclusively to Sky News Australia, Fr Brennan insists the gains of voting yes far outweigh the risks of voting no. Last week, Fr Brennan spent time talking to one of Australia’s largest indigenous communities at Palm Island in north Queensland.
