The entire ceremony has also been postponed to January 26th. This follows the postponement of rehearsals and table reads for various projects, including the upcoming Leanne Morgan project, which were scheduled to take place at Warner Bros. studios.
NBCUniversal closed its lower lot at Universal Studios due to the devastating wildfires raging in Southern California. The Palisades fire burned over 5,000 acres, the Eaton fire scorched more than 10,000 acres, and the Hurst fire burned over 500 acres.
