Mookie Betts has made a seamless return from a two-month injury hiatus, homering in his first game back and delivering a standout diving catch.

Mookie Betts hasn't missed a beat since he returned from a two-month stint on the injured list with a fractured hand on Monday.The Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder homered in his first game back against the Milwaukee Brewers and made a highlight-reel diving catch on Saturday against the St. Louis Cardinals.He has also done all of this while playing right field, a position he won six Gold Gloves in before moving to the infield last season.

'In his first seven games since being activated off the IL, Betts is 10-for-28 with five multi-hit games. He has launched two home runs and one double while driving in four runs and scoring five.Betts is now batting .309 on the season with 12 home runs and 44 RBIs.When the Boston Red Sox traded Betts to the Dodgers in Feb. 2020, he was entering the final year of his contract.
