27-year-old Angelica Cardenas was run over by a red Dodge Neon believed to be a 1997 model or older. The vehicle fled the scene and Cardenas died of her injuries.SAN ANTONIO — Crime Stoppers of San Antonio need your help locating the suspect involved in a hit-and-run that killed a 27-year-old woman in 2022.
