A massive fire involving multiple semi-trailers broke out Saturday afternoon, prompting hazmat crews to handle the situation. Fire crews were dispatched around 1:30 p.m. to Farm-to-Market 1516 North, where they found three semi-trailers engulfed in flames, including a fuel tanker, according to Bexar County ESD # 10 Fire Chief Dewey G.

During the incident, an estimated 400 gallons of diesel fuel spilled from the tractor-trailers, raising environmental and safety concerns. County hazmat teams were called to the scene and successfully contained the spill, preventing further spread or contamination.Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames, and officials confirmed that no injuries were reported.
