CNBC's Jim Cramer and Carl Quintanilla discuss how the president might have leverage in the China trade talks based on the 2020 Democratic election results.
Warren, a Democratic presidential candidate, on Monday released what she called an "economic patriotism" agenda, which outlined her approach on China.
