Now that the NFL draft is over, football is season is just around the corner. The NFL released the full schedule for the 2023 season Thursday evening.
October will be a challenging one, starting with Bill Belichick looking for his third consecutive road win with the Patriots over the Cowboys. The Cowboys then head to California, playing back-to-back games against the 49ers and the Chargers, whose offense is now under the leadership of former Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore.
The following month, the Cowboys will be playing at home on Thanksgiving against the Washington Commanders. Their three exhibition games in preseason are already scheduled as well, taking on the Jaguars, Seahawks and Raiders. The Houston Texans kick off their season also on the road on Sept. 10, facing the Baltimore Ravens. Their home opener is the following week at NRG Stadium against the Indianapolis Colts. The Texans have three back-to-back home games in the middle of November into the first week of December.
