CLEVELAND, Ohio — About five hours before the Browns and Cowboys kicked off in the Fox Game of the Week at 4:25 p.m., Dak Prescott beat Deshaun Watson in one key category for quarterbacks: guaranteed money.
Prescott, who became the highest paid player in the NFL at $60 million — and the lone member of the $60 million club — topped Watson by $1 million in the guaranteed money department.Here’s who’s performing at the Super Bowl in February 2025Watson remains the only player in NFL history with a fully guaranteed contract, which is why it rocked the NFL world when the Browns ventured into those uncharted waters just over two years ago.
