Rush has played in 52.3% of the snaps this season and would need to reach over 65 plays to hit the mark. So far, Rush has earned $250,000 of this incentive.The Cowboys’ offense averages 64.3 plays per game. Rush has averaged 65 snaps in the eight starts. During his interview, Jones downplayed the affect any money would have on whether Rush or any other player would ever take the field.“I’ve never minded paying a bonus out because that meant the team was doing better, or doing well because they were making a contribution that was possibly thought about when they made their contract.”The last time Lance started a regular season game he was getting carted off the field.
