kualalumpur Rakyat Malaysia yang sedang mengerjakan umrah di Makkah diarahkan keluar dalam tempoh tiga hari mulai hari ini.
Perkara itu didedahkan melalui satu arahan dalam bentuk pekeliling yang diterima pengendali ibadat umrah atau muassasah yang berada di Jeddah, Arab Saudi.
Arahan itu dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Haji dan Umrah Arab Saudi dalam pekeliling bernombor 14410709 dan diletakkan dengan notis ‘top urgent’. “Setakat hari ini kerajaan Arab Saudi masih menghentikan kegiatan umrah berikutan penularan Covid-19 dan syarikat penerbangan antaranya Saudi Airlines sudah mengeluarkan notis penggantungan sementara sehingga April ini.
Erdie berkata, kawalan terhadap wabak Covid-19 dipertingkatkan sebagai langkah berjaga-jaga memandangkan terdapat dua kes positif wabak itu dicatatkan di Arab Saudi.
