COVID-19: Singapore confirms 242 new cases, one in the community via yahoosg
SINGAPORE — The Ministry of Health has confirmed 242 new COVID-19 cases as of Friday noon, bringing Singapore’s total to 54,797.
“In addition, there are six imported cases, who had all been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.”The Ministry of Manpower said that as of Monday , about 273,000 migrant workers, constituting about 89 per cent of those living in worker dormitories, have either recovered or have been tested to be free from COVID-19.
Most of the 112 hospitalised cases are stable or improving, while none is in critical condition in the intensive care unit, down from one on Wednesday.
