SINGAPORE — Couples who have had to postpone their weddings because of the Covid-19 outbreak will soon not have to worry about forfeiting their deposits, as the Government intends to fast track a set of proposed laws that will offer six months of relief to businesses and individuals who are unable to fulfil their contractual obligations due to the pandemic.
