kualalumpur Pembelian panik oleh pengguna Malaysia berikutan fobia terhadap wabak Covid-19 serta Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan selama 14 hari menyebabkan perkhidmatan penghantaran barang runcit dalam talian digantung sementara waktu.

Pembelian panik bermula pada Ahad lalu, sehari sebelum Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin mengumumkan perintah itu mulai 18 hingga 31 Mac.

“Kami sedang menghadapi peningkatan yang besar dalam pesanan membabitkan perkhidmatan penghantaran dalam talian kami dan kami faham sebahagian daripada pelanggan mungkin mengalami pengalaman membeli-belah dalam talian yang kurang memuaskan,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan. “Peningkatan ini adalah besar, tetapi kami sudah berjaya menambah pasukan penghantaran dan kapasiti kami sejak dua hari lalu dan kini dapat membantu lebih ramai pengguna yang memerlukan penghantaran barangan runcit.

HappyFresh Malaysia juga mengalami peningkatan pesanan secara mendadak selepas orang ramai mula bekerja dari rumah berikutan pengumuman perintah kawalan pergerakan selama 14 hari. “Kami cuba sedaya upaya untuk memberikan lebih banyak slot penghantaran, mengupah lebih ramai penghantar dan kami sedang bekerjasama dengan pembekal logistik pihak ketiga bagi membantu penghantaran kami, disamping itu, rakan kongsi peruncit kami juga telah mengemas kini kami mengenai ketersediaan stok,” katanya.“Sekarang ini, kami sedang melihat peningkatan dalam permintaan berikutan pengumuman perintah kawalan pada 17 Mac lalu,” kata jurucakap syarikat itu.
