PETALING JAYA: As Malaysia continues to record three-digit increases in Covid-19 cases on a daily basis, Pakatan Harapan has urged the government to come up with measures to protect workers and businesses from a potential economic fallout.

Among the measures proposed by Pakatan was the implementation of a three-month moratorium on bank repayments for workers and businesses.

"Malaysians really appreciate the sacrifices of civil service personnel, who are the frontliners in battling the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Pakatan also said small projects worth RM2bil recently announced in the revised stimulus package to assist small-medium enterprises in the Covid-19 crisis was inadequate.
