A community pharmacist says asking people how they are feeling helps 'open the door'.

During the pandemic, four small words have been making a difference for some people.

"And we can see how they open up to us as community pharmacists, because they have that regular contact. They know they can speak to us.The question is also the name of a leaflet produced by the Public Health Agency available in community pharmacies across Northern Ireland, which contains five steps people can take to look after their mental health and wellbeing.
