CORONAVIRUS | Those who visited the markets recently urged to fill online form for health screening.
Members of the public who visited the Taman Megah wet market in Petaling Jaya between April 11 and 25 are urged to fill up a Covid-19 screening online form.
"The public who had gone to the Taman Megah SS24 market between 11 April 2020 – 25 April 2020 are requested to fill in the Covid-19 contact screening questionnaire using the link provided below . "Klinik Kesihatan Taman Medan will assess all the people who fill up this form and will call in those deemed to be high risk to get tested. Most of you will not get called in. I don't agree with mass testing.
