PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia reported 51 more Covid-19 cases on Saturday (April 25), bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 5,742.
Malaysia also discharged 99 more patients in the same 24-hour span, which means 3,762 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Malaysia since the outbreak began.
There are only 1,882 active cases being treated at the country’s health facilities at present, Dr Noor Hisham said during the Ministry’s daily Covid-19 media briefing on Saturday evening. Dr Hisham also announced two new Covid-19 fatalities in the country, taking Malaysia’s death toll to 98.
