At his live-streaming Facebook session on Saturday , Annuar said that in total there were now 36 new cases as of Friday in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.“The construction site in Jalan Ampang had the biggest number with 27 new cases," Annuar added. A Federal Territories Ministry spokesman, meanwhile, told StarMetro that the cases at the construction site were detected after a worker at the site got sick and went to a clinic to get medication.
“When it was found out he had tested positive for Covid-19, the clinic staff alerted Health Ministry officials and a mass screening was carried out," he said.
