JOHOR BARU: A total of 2,720 people are still housed at the quarantine centres around the state.
Johor health and environment committee chairman R. Vidyananthan said as of Sunday , there were 59 quarantine stations in the state with the capacity to house some 10,200 individuals.
"Since May 8, all visitors entering the state were sent to quarantine centres," he said in a statement here on Tuesday . "Since the movement control order started in March, the government has announced that foreign visitors are no longer allowed to enter the country.
