Cousins Morris Sana and Simon Mairowitz lost each other while fleeing from the Nazis in World War II and 75 years later, the Holocaust survivors have finally been reunited.
Her reason for saying that? This side of the family was listed as"perished" in the Holocaust at Yad Vashem, Israel’s official memorial to the Holocaust’s victims. Sana said he last remembered seeing Mairowitz in Romania in either 1943 or 1944 while the war was still going on.
