Actually, we might be getting to some sort of tipping point, but for a lot of months when I would check in with some of the justices I can talk to and some of the chambers, they basically saw this as you know, it's up to individual justices to decide how to respond to this. They also tend to circle the wagons. This is one thing I will always say about those justices.
