Police allege the offence of offering an indignity to human remains occurred on or around Sept. 20, 2020.
The court documents, obtained by the Saskatoon StarPhoenix, state that Ernest Vernon Whitehead, 41, lived in the 700 block of Weldon Avenue in Saskatoon.

Saskatoon police have charged John Wayne Sanderson, 44, Jessica Sutherland, 42, and Roderick William Sutherland, 44, with indignity to human remains in connection with the death of Megan Gallagher.Jessica Sutherland is identified as Jessica Faye Badger of Lloydminster, Alta. in court documents.Article content
The four accused have not been charged with murder. Saskatoon police on Tuesday said they are not able to provide updates on the investigation at this time.
