The man charged in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas had previously tried to implicate Sean "Diddy" Combs in the shooting, according to court documents .
Davis' statements were included in a filing from the Clark County District Attorney's office, which was submitted in responseof his bail conditions. A judge has yet to rule on his motion as of Wednesday. The filing includes a transcript of an interview between Davis and Las Vegas police detectives from 2009 and a summary of an interview he did with a BET documentary crew in 2017.
