THE Kuala Lumpur High Court has quashed Perikatan Nasional chairman Muhyiddin Yassin’s four abuse of power charges linked to the Jana Wibawa programme. Judge Muhammad Jamil Hussin ruled that the charges were defective and not in line with the criminal procedure code.
