The Big Picture It is no surprise that whenever fans tune into Pretty Little Liars: Summer School every Thursday on HBO Max, questions on whether the original Pretty Little Liars cast would make a surprise appearance. The new season of Pretty Little Liars: Summer School had Dr Sullivan who was a therapist for the original Liars. The show even had Eddie Lamb make a guest appearance.
