A potential SmileMovie sequel could further explore the film's world, reveals director Parker Finn when asked if the horror hit could receive a follow-up.
Smile director Parker Finn discusses the possibility of a sequel to his 2022 horror film, hinting at what Smile 2 could feature and explore. Finn's psychological horror directorial debut was adapted from his 2020 short film, and stars Sosia Bacon, Jessie T. Usher, Kyle Gallner, Caitlin Stasey, Kal Penn, and Rob Morgan.
"I made Smile to, of course, be self-contained, tell its whole own story. I didn't think in a million years that there would be such a demand for a sequel.
