Côte restaurants, known for its French-inspired menu and at-home dinner kits, has launched a range of festive feasts with a French twist. Designed by Gordon Ramsey’s former Executive Chef, Steve Allen, the range includes three variations of Christmas dinners.
Each kit offers festive favourites, including Pigs in Blankets, Spiced Braised Red Cabbage and Truffle Gratin Dauphinois Potatoes.This kit includes a 2-2.5kg British Turkey Breast from Larchwood Farm, East Anglia as the centrepiece. Accompaniments include Pigs in Blankets, Pork and Apricot stuffing, Spiced Braised Red Cabbage, Truffle Gratin Dauphinoise Potatoes, Roasted Parsnips with Chestnuts, Carrot and Swede Purée and Cranberry & Thyme Jus.A 1kg Chateaubriand.
The Côte at Home website is a one-stop-shop for other Christmassy courses, including starters and desserts. Highlight options include a Parsnip & Chestnut Soup , Smoked Beetroot Salmon and rich Chicken Liver Pâté served with crusty French baguette. Desserts include a show stopping Bûche de Noël - a classic French chocolate yule log with whirls of moist chocolate sponge and rich chocolate icing with hazelnuts, served with brandy clotted cream.
