, Costco has recalled its Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes and Glaze after an ingredient used in the kit was recalled because it may be contaminated with salmonella. DOH said the recalled product is sold chilled in a black-and-clear plastic container with sell-by dates between “03/05/2026” and “03/16/2026” printed on the label.
The recalled meatloaf kits were sold between March 2 and March 13 and had sell-by dates between March 5 and March 16. The meatloaf kits have item number 30783 and were sold at Costco stores in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.Although no injuries or illnesses have been reported, Costco is reminding people not to eat the meatloaf kit.
