Kirkland Signature brand’s “Severe Cold and Flu Plus Congestion” medicine is being voluntarily recalled due to “the accidental release and shipment of a specific lot code that was rejected due to potential foreign material contamination.” The recalled medication was sold between October 30, 2024, and November 30, 2024, and have a Lot Code of P140082 located on the box.
Costco warned consumers who may have the products in their medicine cabinets against using any remaining medicine that is in the box with the affected lot code. The retailer is instead advising consumers to return the affected medicine to their local Costco for a full refund or discard it
