It's certainly a Christmas to remember for Coronation Street star Alexandra Mardell, who has been crowned the winner of this year’s Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special, alongside her professional partner Kai Widdrington.
Upon her win, Alex said: "I am so shocked, I cannot thank you enough. I’m so happy about that, I did that for you [Kai] as well, I can’t believe it." And while she and Kai danced to success on Christmas, the professional dancer wasn't quite so lucky for this year's main season. Upon learning he had won the show, Hamza broke down into tears as he admitted: "Words can't describe how I feel. I want to thank one person in particular, Jowita, you are an angel disguised as a human being. You're amazing."
