Coronation Street fans are convinced they have worked out Kit Green's real identity
Coronation Street enthusiasts have speculated that the police officer Kit Green might not, in fact, be Bernie Winter's long-lost son as all appears. Kit Green, portrayed by actor Jacob Roberts, landed on the cobbles earlier this year claiming to be the son of Weatherfield's own Bernie , who was given up for adoption nearly three decades ago.
Adding intrigue, Kit was also instrumental in ensuring justice for Lauren Bolton by implicating Nathan Curtis , responsible for her murder, using underhanded tactics involving planted DNA. Having increasingly become a fixture on Coronation Street, Kit recently revealed a darker edge, the Liverpool Echo reports.In what appeared to be good news, he disclosed plans to purchase Gemma and Chesney's house with the intention of renting it back to them, reports the Express.
"Maybe her son was adopted by Kit's mother, and got treated better than Kit," one viewer speculated. Another agreed, adding: "I agree but he is not housemate he is the adoptive brother."
