Coronation Street viewers reckon they've spotted a huge blunder as Elaine Metcalfe ended up in hospital after being drugged by Stephen Reid.
Stephen then decides to have a word with Carla in private, urging her to reconsider the sale of the factory. Carla says that she will consider his offer if he can come up with the money. His future wife then collapsed and hit her head as she fell. The businessman and secret serial killer then arrived back in time to find Elaine unconscious, but quietly backed out of their home to keep him from getting caught.
Tim told her: "I've got a funny feeling… I'm telling you, there's something that just doesn't add up about his story..."
