The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi student from New Braunfels in Texas Hill Country is being remembered by locals near where he was last seen alive.
Caleb Harris wasn't from Corpus Christi , but that didn't stop the community from rallying around his loved ones when unspeakable tragedy occurred. The 21-year-old from New Braunfels was attending Texas A&M- Corpus Christi when he went missing March 4. There was no sign of Harris for months, until his partial skeletal remains were recovered from a wastewater lift station near his apartment complex June 24. His cause of death was ruled undetermined.

Aiyana Frierson, who lives near the bridge, recently made a bouquet with her 6-year-old son and left it at the memorial site. Harris' disappearance and death moved her because she has another son around his age.
